We want you to find underwear that fits, so we're happy to offer the ability to exchange your order for different products or store credit. Please note that we do not provide refunds for returns. Each ordered item can only be exchanged once.
To start a return, visit our Returns Portal with your order information. Returns will be accepted within 60 days of receiving your order. Merchandise listed as final sale is not eligible for a return or exchange.

Warranty Issues
We warranty our underwear for manufacturer defects for 12 months after you receive your order. Manufacturer defects include things like seams coming undone, but do not include normal wear and tear or issues that arise from laundering the products incorrectly. Should you receive a defective item, we will replace the item or issue you store credit.
To submit a warranty request, use our Returns Portal and choose the option for manufacturer defect. You'll need to submit a photo with your request.
